Arginine Silicate Inositol
What this compound does
This supplement mixes three natural compounds: arginine (an amino acid that helps make nitric oxide, which widens blood vessels), silicon (a mineral needed for strong bones and skin), and inositol (a substance that helps your brain cells talk to each other). Some small studies suggest it might help improve blood flow, support joint and bone health, and sharpen memory or mood. However, the research is still very new, and scientists aren't sure yet how well it works or if it's safe for everyone to take long-term.
- • Athletes looking for better endurance and pump
- • People with mild joint discomfort or low bone density
- • Adults wanting to support cognitive function as they age
- • Those with borderline high blood pressure
Effects may be subtle at first. Some users notice improved workout recovery within 1-2 weeks. Cognitive or blood pressure benefits might take 4-6 weeks. Not everyone will feel a noticeable change.
- • Pregnant or breastfeeding women due to lack of safety data
- • People with bleeding disorders or on blood thinners
- • Individuals with low blood pressure or taking antihypertensives
- • Those with gout or kidney disease (arginine may increase uric acid)

Medicine interactions
- MODERATE
Warfarin· blood_thinner
Arginine may theoretically enhance anticoagulant effects via NO/platelet inhibition.
→ Monitor INR; advise against use without medical supervision.
- MODERATE
ACE inhibitors· blood_pressure_medication
Additive blood pressure lowering via increased NO.
→ Monitor BP closely; dose adjustment of ACEi may be needed.
- LOW
Diuretics· blood_pressure_medication
Possible additive effects on BP reduction.
→ Use caution; monitor for dizziness.
- LOW
Insulin/Sulfonylureas· diabetes_medication
Inositol may improve insulin sensitivity; potential additive glucose-lowering.
→ Monitor blood glucose; adjust meds as needed.
